AIML Engineer – Center of Excellence (CoE) with several years of experience in the Data Analytics domain.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and optimize data pipelines and workflows for advanced analytics and AIML solutions.
• Implement and maintain scalable ML and AI engineering frameworks to support enterprise-grade applications.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality data-driven solutions.
• Ensure compliance with best practices for data governance, security, and performance.
• Support infrastructure deployment for analytics platforms and AI solutions (good to have).

Must-Have Skills

• Design and implement robust data pipelines for structured and unstructured data.
• Expertise in ETL processes, data modeling, and data warehousing.
• Strong knowledge of SQL and NoSQL databases.

Machine Learning (ML) Engineering

• Build, train, and deploy ML models at scale.
• Experience with ML frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn).
• Ability to optimize models for performance and accuracy.

AI Engineering

• Develop AI-driven solutions for predictive analytics and automation.
• Hands-on experience with GenAI tools and frameworks.
• Implement AI algorithms for NLP, computer vision, or recommendation systems.

Good-to-Have Skills

• Familiarity with cloud infrastructure setup (Azure preferred).
• Knowledge of containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) for ML/AI workloads.
• Experience in CI/CD pipelines for data and ML solutions.
• Understanding of security and compliance in cloud deployments.

External Certifications

• Databricks certifications (preferred).
• Microsoft Azure certifications (preferred).
