We are looking for a Legal Counsel to be part of defining the future of data licensing. Similar to what Spotify did in reshaping how music is Licensed and consume music, we are redefining how we access and license content and data in the new AI era. Compliantly, and with fair compensation to data owners.

We are looking for a Legal Counsel to be part of defining the future of data licensing. Key Responsibilities
- Standardize and scale the drafting and negotiation of groundbreaking data-licensing structures for AI development.
- Own the development of "compliant-by-design" standards and strategies that protect data owner rights in the emerging agentic AI landscape.
- Support our global Partnership and Commercial processes and negotiations through legal mastery
- Legal operations: Build scalable contract templates and playbooks.
- Track, interpret and incorporate emerging AI legislation (e.g., EU AI Act, EHDS) to product roadmap.
- Master of Laws or an equivalent professional law degree from a recognized university.
- 4+ years of experience in technology law and licensing from a reputable law firm.
- Advanced knowledge of IP licensing, data rights, and international privacy standards.
- Ability to balance rigorous risk management with speed.
- Proactive leadership with ability to work independently and in close collaboration with other functions.
- Strong interpersonal skills, with ability to simplify complex legal hurdles into clear, executive-level decision points.
