Job Title: Data Migration Specialist – ETL Developer

• Experience Required: 3 to 6 Years

Job Overview:

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented SQL Developer or Data Analyst with 3–6 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on expertise in SQL, SSIS, and Power Query, excellent problem-solving abilities, and a solid educational background in Computer Science or related fields. Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 is a plus.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, development, and optimization of complex SQL queries, stored procedures, and database solutions.

• Implement scalable data models and ETL processes using SSIS and Power Query.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand data requirements and deliver solutions.

• Ensure data integrity, accuracy, and consistency across systems.

• Support data migration, integration, and validation activities.

• Participate in code reviews, performance tuning, and troubleshooting.

• Document processes, queries, and data flows for future reference.

• Contribute to data migration and integration projects, especially involving ERP systems.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.

• 3+ years of hands-on experience in SQL development.

• Proven expertise in writing and optimizing complex SQL code.

• Strong understanding of relational databases, indexing, procedures, joins and query performance. • Hands-on experience with SSIS and Power Query for ETL and data transformation.

• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.

• Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment

• Experience working in Agile environments and cross-functional teams.

Nice to Have:

• Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 (Finance & Operations, CRM, etc.).

• Familiarity with data warehousing concepts and tools
