Your Responsibilities

/ Driving improvement activities in a matrix organization with highly complex cross-functional interfaces smoothly and in a well-structured manner including analyses, process consultancy and end-to-end leadership of digital transition initiatives by identifying business priorities, defining use cases, coordinating stakeholders, and ensuring sustainable value creation across functions and countries
/ Conducting benchmarks among regional subsidiaries for control activities and contributing to process digitalization and automation initiatives such as RPA (Robotic Process Automation) studies
/ Working with regional teams to standardize, visualize and manage strategic KPI models across the country and using analytics tools such as Tableau, Power BI, Qlik Sense to create KPI dashboards, enable business units to benefit from digital applications, and develop business insights through KPI dashboards integrated with Process Mining tools such as Celonis
/ Assuring document management (instructions, standards, processes, regulations) is followed by stakeholders in the country organization and ensuring alignment with defined governance and process frameworks
/ Managing and reporting annual Internal Control System (ICS) activities and strengthening internal control awareness across departments and regional subsidiaries, while leading and streamlining organizational development management on a regional basis
Your Profile
/ University degree in Business Administration, Engineering (Computer, Industrial etc.), Mathematics, Informatics or MIS and minimum 2–3 years of experience, preferably in multinational organizations, in areas such as business process analysis, process optimization, digital transformation and project management.
/ Fluent English is a must and German knowledge is an asset, combined with the ability to communicate effectively with various positions in both international and local business environments.
/ Good knowledge of MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, MS Visio and MS Project and hands-on knowledge of business intelligence and visual analytics tools such as Tableau, Power BI and Qlik Sense.
/ Proven experience in project management, including planning, execution, stakeholder coordination and delivery in complex, cross-functional environments.
/ Hands-on experience in designing and implementing digital solutions using Microsoft Power Platform (Power Automate and Power Apps) and an analytical, target-oriented mindset, with strong interest in developing business intelligence solutions for the business.
