🔍 What We’re Looking For

• Up to 4–5 years of Product Management experience, ideally within betting, gaming, or high-traffic digital products.
• Strong interest and good understanding of major sports branches, especially football.
• Experience with betting as a user is a strong plus.
• Strong product intuition: ability to identify meaningful problems and craft effective solutions.
• Data-driven working habits: analyzing user behaviors, reading metrics, designing experiments.
• Solid understanding of Discovery, Delivery, and core Product Management practices.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Ability to prioritize clearly and deliver results in fast-moving environments.
• Experience with native apps (iOS/Android) and web products is a plus.
• Curiosity and passion for following innovations and global trends in the sports & iGaming world.
• A people-first, values-driven working style aligned with ethics & integrity, passion & ownership, fairness & equality, innovation and collaboration.

➕Nice to Have

• Deep knowledge of Sportsbook products, odds, market structures, and user flows.
• A/B testing experience and familiarity with analytics tools such as Mixpanel.
• Awareness of regulation, compliance, and risk processes.

🎯 What You’ll Do

• Lead the discovery process to understand user needs, behaviors, and pain points, and translate them into clear problem definitions.
• Shape the right product decisions by testing hypotheses through data, user research, market insights, and experiments.
• Analyze the sports & betting experience in depth to design flows, features, and innovations that help users find the right bet more easily.
• Create product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria; work collaboratively with cross-functional teams (engineering, design, data, marketing, compliance).
• Monitor product performance, user behaviors, and market trends; adopt a continuously optimized, iterative product development approach.
• Work with cross-functional teams to ensure a smooth and consistent experience across platforms.
• Represent user needs within the team and bring data-driven insights to shape product decisions.
