As a UX/UI Designer at vidaXL, you will collaborate closely with our in-house team of designers, developers, and specialists. Reporting to the User Experience Manager, you'll play an integral role in creating intuitive and user-centered designs. Your hunger for learning and ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment will contribute to delivering meaningful products. Working within cross-functional teams, you'll effectively present your ideas and utilize both qualitative and quantitative data to inform your decisions.

You will:

• UX Research: Conduct both quantitative and qualitative user research to define design requirements for internal teams.
• Market and User Analysis: Analyze new product concepts' alignment with market needs and consumer preferences. Stay updated on industry trends and market conditions.
• Collaborative Design: Work with other designers to ensure design consistency and effective communication.
• Iterative Design: Create wireframes and interactive prototypes to visualize and test design concepts, iterating based on feedback and develop high-quality user interface designs that align with the brand and provide an exceptional user experience.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to develop products meeting user and business needs.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Present strategic proposals to stakeholders and work with product teams to implement features.
• Design System: Contribute to the development and maintenance of a design system to ensure consistency across products.

We Ask:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in IT & Design or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience as a UX/UI Designer or similar role, with a portfolio showcasing relevant projects. Preferred background in eCommerce or related fields.
• Strong attention to detail, exceptional communication skills, creative problem-solving abilities, a dynamic personality and a strong mentor.
• Proficiency in Design Thinking and other common design methodologies. Proficiency with screen design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, or similar, up-to-date knowledge of HTML and CSS is required.
• Adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
• Fluent in spoken and written English.
• Availability for a 40-hour workweek.
