In Generative AI Department, you will be working closely with other fast-paced and highly-skilled R&D engineers. You are expected to take ML models from R&D phase and move them to production, scale and maintain them as a software product. As a full-stack software engineer, you will take a role in each phase of the project, i.e. technical design, prototyping, integration and end-to-end testing.

Qualifications:

• Strong understanding of object-oriented design and programming, especially in Python,
• Experienced knowledge of Python (language/platforms/frameworks),
• Design, develop and maintain scalable backends for GenAI applications using Python, FastAPI, and asynchronous programming,
• Strong understanding of micro-service architectures,
• Design and implement database architectures for AI-driven applications,
• Experience with SQL/NoSQL and streaming platforms like Kafka,
• Strong background on performance tuning and monitoring of software systems,
• Hands-on experience with containerization and orchestration tools (Docker, Kubernetes, Swarm etc.),
• Take ownership and be responsible for refining, coding, testing, and deploying your work in on-premise and cloud environments,
• Familiarity with source code versioning systems, Git and issue tracking solutions like Jira and Confluence,
• Experience in Linux operating system.

Would be Advantageous:

• Interest or experience with AWS, Azure, Google Cloud, or other cloud platforms,
• Prior experience with SCRUM/Agile methodologies,
• Experience in building complex chains and agents using frameworks such as LangChain, LlamaIndex, Agno,
• Experience with hosting LLMs, inference, and serving frameworks (e.g., vLLM, Triton),
• Experience in implementing and optimizing vector databases (e.g., Qdrant, Milvus, or pgvector) and developing advanced retrieval strategies,
• Experience with dashboard technologies (Kibana, Grafana, etc.),
• Experience with “Guardrails” (e.g., NeMo Guardrails) to ensure PII masking, bias mitigation, and adherence to banking regulations,
• Experience in establishing CI/CD pipelines for models, focusing on automated testing, versioning (e.g., MLflow), and monitoring for hallucinations or model drift.
