About the Role


We’re looking for a highly organized and execution-focused Project Manager to help run operations across two fast-growing e-commerce clothing brands.

This role is responsible for turning ideas into action - ensuring product drops, marketing campaigns, creative production, and daily operational tasks are delivered on time, on budget, and with clear ownership across the team.

You’ll work closely with founders, creatives, retention/email and supply chain to keep the business moving fast without chaos.


Key Responsibilities


Project and Workflow Management

  • Own project management systems (ClickUp/Asana/Notion/Trello — we’re flexible)
  • Build and manage weekly sprint planning across 2 brands
  • Create task breakdowns, timelines, dependencies, and deliverables
  • Lead weekly team check-ins and keep momentum high
  • Drive accountability and follow-up until completion

Product Drop Management

  • Manage end-to-end timelines for new product drops:
  • design → sampling → production → shipping → warehouse → launch
  • Coordinate across design, sourcing, logistics, product pages, content, ads, email, and influencers
  • Keep product drop calendars accurate and updated at all times

Marketing and Creative Execution

  • Manage coordination between creative team and performance marketing team
  • Ensure content needs are planned ahead (UGC, shoots, influencer deliverables, edits, ad creatives)
  • Organize deliverables for Meta/TikTok campaigns and ad creative refresh timelines
  • Support launch planning (campaign themes, deadlines, rollouts)

Reporting and Operations

  • Track team performance + delivery timelines
  • Create dashboards for project status, blockers, priorities
  • Help standardize SOPs and internal processes
  • Identify bottlenecks + improve systems to reduce friction


Requirements

  • 2–5+ years experience in project management, operations, or delivery roles
  • Strong understanding of e-commerce workflows (DTC preferred)
  • Experience working with remote teams across multiple departments
  • Extremely organised, proactive, and detail-oriented
  • Confident communicator - can push tasks forward and lead meetings
  • Strong skills in task management software and documentation
  • Fluent English (written and spoken)
