What you'll do day-to-day
- Lead and manage end-to-end turnkey AMR projects from concept through commissioning, ensuring successful delivery of customer solutions,
- Own project communication with external clients—manage expectations, timelines, deliverables, and feedback loops,
- Act as the primary point of contact for assigned customer accounts, driving satisfaction and repeat business through proactive engagement and technical clarity,
- Coordinate internal efforts across departments (sales, engineering, production, support) to align project goals with customer requirements,
- Guide early-phase discussions with the sales team to shape project scope, assess feasibility, and align technical offerings with business needs,
- Oversee installation and integration efforts, working with commissioning teams to troubleshoot, test, and fine-tune systems for optimal field performance,
- Track and manage project timelines, milestones, budgets, and resource allocations,
- Lead internal team meetings and reviews to drive progress, resolve blockers, and ensure accountability,
- Monitor project risks and implement mitigation plans to ensure consistent delivery quality,
- Champion process improvement and cross-functional collaboration to increase project efficiency and scalability.
What you'll bring to our team
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, or related field),
- Minimum 7 years of total experience in relevant sectors such as automation, industrial systems, robotics, or technology-based turnkey project environments,
- At least 2 years of direct experience in project management or project engineering, with demonstrated success in leading technical projects,
- Proven experience in cross-functional roles involving both customer communication and technical problem-solving—you’ve worked closely with multiple departments and stakeholders to drive outcomes,
- Strong project ownership mindset with the ability to coordinate scope, resources, risks, and timelines effectively,
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills—you can present ideas clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders,
- Strong analytical thinking, attention to detail, and structured decision-making capabilities,
- Ability to operate with managerial autonomy while staying hands-on and detail-oriented,
- Familiarity with industrial hardware and software tools (PLCs, sensors, simulation tools, CAD software, etc.) is a plus,
- Proficiency in CAD software and project management tools (MS Project, AutoCAD, SolidWorks, etc.),
- Proficiency with project management platforms (MS Project, Jira, Trello, or equivalents),
- Excellent communication and coordination skills, fluent in English,
- Passion for working in fast-paced, innovation-driven environments with cross-functional teams.
