To strengthen our team in Oslo, Norway, we are looking for a: Frontend Software Engineer
What We Are Looking For
- Proficiency in Vue.js 3 (Composition API) and TypeScript.
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and deployment workflows (GitHub Actions, Jenkins).
- Ability to design and implement reusable, maintainable, and modular components in large-scale single-page applications.
- Understanding and experience with HTTP clients (Axios, Fetch API) and authentication patterns (JWT, CSRF tokens).
- Proficiency in managing complex application state using Pinia and Vue Query.
- Experience with writing clean, maintainable, and testable code that adheres to industry standards.
- Understanding of API integration patterns, runtime validation (Zod), and working with OpenAPI specifications.
- Experience with Vite build tooling and modern frontend development workflows.
- Comfort working in the terminal with Node.js, npm, and CLI tools.
- Demonstrated ability to collaborate closely with backend engineers to ensure seamless API integration.
- Experience in conducting and participating in code reviews, providing constructive feedback.
- Adherence to code quality standards using ESLint, Prettier, and strict TypeScript configurations.
- Eagerness to learn and adapt to new technologies and tools, staying up to date with frontend ecosystem advancements.
- Innovative mindset for finding creative solutions to UI/UX challenges.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically about component architecture and application performance.
- Proficiency in using version control systems like Git, and understanding of branching strategies, merges, and pull requests.
- Experience with testing frameworks such as Vitest (unit testing) and Playwright (E2E testing).
- We are open to both seasoned professionals and recent graduates who demonstrate exceptional potential and a passion for frontend development.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field (or equivalent experience).
