Sunreef Yachts is seeking a decisive, high-performing Creative Team Head to lead and elevate the creative output of a world-class luxury yacht brand.
This role sits at the intersection of brand, design, digital experience, and leadership. You will be responsible for defining and maintaining Sunreef's visual language, ensuring premium execution across all digital and physical touchpoints, and leading a multidisciplinary creative team with clarity, structure, and high standards.
This position requires strong leadership, excellent taste, strategic thinking, and hands-on design expertise, particularly in UI & UX for high-end digital platforms.

This role sits at the intersection of brand, design, digital experience, and leadership. You will be responsible for defining and maintaining Sunreef's visual language, ensuring premium execution across all digital and physical touchpoints, and leading a multidisciplinary creative team with clarity, structure, and high standards.
This position requires strong leadership, excellent taste, strategic thinking, and hands-on design expertise, particularly in UI & UX for high-end digital platforms.
Key Responsibilities
Creative Leadership & Team Management
- Lead, mentor, and develop a multidisciplinary creative team, including:
- Graphic designers
- UI/UX designers
- Visual content creators
- Set clear expectations, priorities, and quality benchmarks
- Ensure efficient workflows, deadlines, and structured creative processes
- Foster a culture of excellence, accountability, and continuous improvement
- Own and protect the Sunreef visual identity across all platforms
- Ensure brand consistency, tone, and premium quality across:
- Digital assets
- Print materials
- Marketing campaigns
- Events and exhibitions
- Elevate Sunreef's visual storytelling to match its luxury positioning and global reputation
- Own the UI & UX strategy for:
- Corporate websites
- Digital tools
- Internal and external platforms
- Define and maintain design systems, component libraries, and UX standards
- Ensure intuitive, elegant, and high-performance user experiences aligned with brand values
- Review and validate wireframes, prototypes, and final executions
- Work closely with:
- PR and Communications
- Events and Exhibitions
- Digital and Marketing teams
- Translate business, marketing, and communication needs into clear creative direction
- Ensure all creative outputs are aligned with strategic objectives and timelines
- Review and approve all key visual assets before release
- Maintain exceptionally high standards in:
- Layout
- Typography
- Color usage
- Visual hierarchy
- Act as the final gatekeeper for creative quality and brand alignment
- Mastery of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.)
- Strong command of Figma for UI/UX design and collaboration
- Advanced skills in:
- UI & UX design
- Wireframing and prototyping
- Design systems
- Excellent understanding of:
- Branding
- Visual identity
- Layout and typography
- Visual storytelling for premium brands
- Strong leadership and people-management capabilities
- Decisive, structured, and calm under pressure
- High standards and attention to detail
- Clear, direct, and professional communication style
- Solution-oriented mindset with the ability to prioritize and make decisions
- Ability to challenge ideas constructively to achieve the best outcome
- Minimum 6+ years of experience in design or creative leadership roles
- Proven experience managing creative teams
- Strong portfolio demonstrating:
- Premium / luxury brand work
- UI & UX projects
- High-quality visual systems and executions
- Experience in luxury, automotive, yachting, architecture, or high-end lifestyle brands is a strong advantage
