We are seeking an experienced Scrum Master to support an enterprise-scale AI transformation program for our client, operating within a Scrum of Scrums environment. This role will drive agile delivery across multiple teams, manage cross-team dependencies, and ensure alignment between business stakeholders, technology partners, and AI platform vendors.

Key Responsibilities:

• Facilitate agile ceremonies including stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews, retrospectives, and Scrum of Scrums.
• Manage sprint health, velocity, risks, dependencies, and impediments across multiple teams.
• Ensure adherence to agile standards including Definition of Ready (DoR) and Definition of Done (DoD).
• Act as a key liaison between business teams, vendors, and delivery partners.
• Coach teams on agile best practices, continuous improvement, CI/CD, automated testing, and modern delivery methods.
• Support PI planning, release planning, governance reporting, and leadership updates.
• Maintain timelines, dependencies, and reporting using Jira/Azure DevOps and Microsoft Project.

Requirements:

• 8+ years in IT delivery, with 4+ years as a Scrum Master or Agile Project Manager.
• Proven experience managing multiple agile teams in scaled/enterprise environments.
• Strong hands-on experience with Jira, Azure DevOps, Microsoft Project, and collaboration tools.
• Working knowledge of CI/CD, automated testing, and design thinking.
• Excellent stakeholder, vendor, and executive-level communication skills.
• Scrum Master certification (CSM, PSM I/II) required; SAFe preferred.
• Consulting or enterprise transformation experience (AI or digital programs) strongly preferred.
