You will join our HR team in Canada, supporting our talented people and ensuring smooth HR operations.


Your missions

  • Support the implementation of HR policies and processes to foster team engagement and well-being
  • Assist in recruitment processes, including scheduling qualification meetings and managing candidate databases
  • Collaborate on onboarding programs to ensure smooth integration of new team members
  • Maintain and update HR systems to ensure accurate record-keeping
  • Support training and development initiatives to empower team growth
  • Coordinate internal communications to promote transparency and engagement
  • Provide first-level support to team queries and escalate as necessary
  • Contribute to HR projects aimed at optimizing organizational performance


Your profile

  • Academic background in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Experience of less than a year in HR processes or team support
  • Knowledge of HR tools and systems is a strong advantage
  • English fluent and French
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Team-oriented with a proactive approach to challenges
