Monday-Friday, core business hours

Job SummaryWe are seeking a Scrum Master to support agile delivery initiatives within a large financial services organization. This role is responsible for end-to-end facilitation of agile processes, driving continuous improvement, and supporting agile teams in delivering business outcomes on time and with quality. The Scrum Master will work closely with Product Owners, Technology Leads, and stakeholders in a collaborative, innovation-driven environment.Key ResponsibilitiesCustomer / Agile Delivery
  • Facilitate end-to-end agile processes and ceremonies (daily stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews, retrospectives)
  • Act as a change agent, driving continuous improvement to maximize team productivity
  • Identify and manage impediments, engaging appropriate stakeholders to resolve issues
  • Ensure all team work is visible and tracked in the Product Backlog, protecting the team from distractions
  • Champion agile best practices and the Scaled Agile methodology
  • Enforce Work In Progress (WIP) limits and promote predictable delivery flow
  • Foster collaboration, team engagement, and peer support across priorities
  • Coordinate ceremony logistics and ensure participation and timeliness
Shareholder / Governance
  • Ensure adherence to enterprise frameworks, governance, and agile methodologies
  • Align delivery with approved scope, cost, timing, and quality objectives
  • Partner with Product Owners, Technology Leads, and teams to support sprint execution
  • Manage cross-team dependencies and escalate risks as required
  • Maintain a strong culture of risk management and control in alignment with organizational standards

  • Participate fully as a member of the agile team, promoting quality, innovation, and teamwork
  • Provide thought leadership and support capability building within the team
  • Stay current on agile tools, trends, and practices
  • Support team development through mentorship and knowledge sharing
  • Act as a brand ambassador for the organization internally and externally
Required Qualifications
  • 1-2 years of experience as a Scrum Master
  • Strong working knowledge of Jira and Confluence
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong stakeholder management, facilitation, and change management skills
Preferred Qualifications
  • Product Owner experience
  • Experience in DevSecOps or enterprise-scale agile environments
  • Scrum Master certification (Scaled Agile preferred)
  • Background in fintech, banking, or financial services
Disqualifiers
  • Candidates holding multiple Scrum Master certifications across multiple roles (e.g., SPC, PO, SCM, RTE)

  • Onboarding and training on internal tools provided
  • Performance measured by delivery against timelines, stakeholder management, and coaching effectiveness
