About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead HR IT projects end-to-end. This is a new position created to support additional and upcoming initiatives. You will be responsible for planning, execution, and delivery while ensuring smooth communication and effective stakeholder engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

• 5+ years of experience in project management, preferably in HR technology or employee experience domains.
• English and Mandarin language fluency
• PMP or equivalent certification is an asset.
• Proven ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Experience with process improvement, automation, and digital tools (e.g., Jira, Smartsheet, Workday).
• Demonstrated success in managing large-scale, cross-functional projects in matrixed environments.
• Strong business acumen and the ability to connect project outcomes to enterprise strategy.
• Skilled in both Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
• Experience working with AI, data platforms, or emerging technologies is a plus.
• Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to influence and build trust across all levels of the organization and communicate difficult concepts and information to customers.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; able to navigate complexity and drive clarity.
• Exceptional communication skills—written, verbal, and visual—with the ability to tailor messages to diverse audiences.
• Comfortable working in fast-paced, ambiguous environments and leading through change.
• Global mindset and flexibility to support distributed teams across time zones.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree required.
• PMP certification preferred.
• Minimum 5+ years of project management experience.

Pay:

The expected base salary range for this position is $75 – $80 per hour, depending on experience, skills, and internal equity. In addition to base salary, this role may be eligible for other forms of compensation, including bonuses, commission (if applicable), and/or other incentives, as well as a comprehensive benefits package. Final compensation will be determined based on job-related skills, experience, and market factors.
