We are seeking a dynamic leader to spearhead complex design initiatives, driving them from conception to successful completion. In this pivotal role, you will be instrumental in translating strategic visions into actionable plans, ensuring outcomes that directly enhance our operational capabilities and service delivery. Your ability to navigate challenges, foster collaboration, and champion best practices will be key to delivering high-quality results that propel our organization forward.

You will play a critical role in managing large-scale or multiple concurrent projects, coordinating diverse teams, and ensuring alignment with strategic objectives. Your contributions will directly influence project success, stakeholder satisfaction, and the continuous improvement of our project management methodologies.

  • Key Responsibilities Include:**
  • Driving team engagement and accountability to achieve project deliverables and desired outcomes.
  • Serving as the primary escalation point, adeptly resolving issues, mitigating conflicts, and removing barriers to progress.
  • Proactively managing project scope and requirement changes, addressing competing demands and priorities, and clearly articulating the impact on budget, timelines, and risk using data-driven insights.
  • Providing expert consulting and guidance on project initiatives, including the development of compelling business cases and innovative problem-solving approaches.
  • Championing and implementing best practices, promoting innovative methods to optimize project execution.
  • Overseeing project closure activities, including client satisfaction surveys and comprehensive closure analyses.
  • Maintaining transparent and ongoing communication of project status, preparing detailed monthly reports, and escalating critical issues to stakeholders and senior management.

What You Bring

  • Must-Have Qualifications:**
  • Bachelor’s degree.
  • 5-9 years of experience managing small to medium-sized projects.
  • Experience managing a high volume of projects at once.
  • Demonstrated experience following project management best practices and methodologies.
  • Proficiency in project metrics, including gathering, reporting, trend analysis, and creation.
  • Advanced verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proven ability to develop comprehensive project plans.
  • Strong capability to manage individual deadlines and goals effectively.
  • Adept at identifying issues and problems, generating viable solutions, and selecting appropriate alternatives through basic root cause analysis.
  • Advanced proficiency with all MS Office applications, MS Project, and/or Visio – other project manaagment tools including JIRA and Confluence
  • Highly organized with excellent time management skills.
  • Customer service-oriented with strong interpersonal skills.
  • A conceptual and analytical thinker with creative problem-solving skills and meticulous attention to detail.
  • Ability to thrive and deliver in a fast-paced, detail-oriented environment.
  • Nice-to-Have Qualifications:**
  • PMP certification.
