About the Opportunity

We are looking for an experienced Network Engineer to contribute to the planning, optimization, and ongoing support of a large, distributed enterprise network environment. This role is ideal for a highly skilled professional who values collaboration, technical excellence, and delivering reliable, secure infrastructure services across a multi‑site organization.

You will be deeply involved in architectural planning, operational support, and continuous improvement initiatives that strengthen network performance, stability, and security.

Key Responsibilities

Network Architecture & Design

• Design and refine enterprise network solutions using Cisco Meraki MX, MS, and MR platforms.
• Lead the implementation of SD‑WAN architecture and develop resilient VPN solutions for secure connectivity across multiple sites.

Operations & Troubleshooting

• Conduct advanced troubleshooting and root‑cause analysis for LAN, WAN, and Wi‑Fi issues.
• Use the Meraki Dashboard and performance analytics to monitor trends and implement proactive improvements.

Security & Compliance

• Collaborate with security teams to enforce firewall rules, segmentation strategies, and Zero Trust principles.
• Ensure that network configurations and operations align with internal policies and regulatory requirements.

Documentation & Standards

• Maintain accurate network diagrams, configuration documents, and operational procedures.
• Contribute to refining governance processes and elevating infrastructure standards across the environment.

Leadership & Mentoring

• Provide technical leadership and guidance to junior team members and cross‑functional groups.
• Act as a subject matter expert for Meraki technologies within the broader technology organization.

Work Environment

• Primarily office‑based with occasional travel to branch locations as needed.
• Hybrid work arrangement: 2 days per week on‑site.
• Participation in an on‑call rotation supporting critical incident response.

What You Bring

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent experience.
• 10+ years of progressive enterprise networking experience.
• Deep hands‑on expertise with Cisco Meraki MX, MS, and MR product suites.
• Strong knowledge of routing and switching technologies including BGP, OSPF, VLANs, and QoS.
• Proven experience with SD‑WAN, VPN, and cloud‑managed network environments.
• Familiarity with network security tools and practices, such as firewalls, IDS/IPS, and SASE.
• CCNP or higher certification is required; Meraki CMNA/CMNP strongly preferred.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and decision‑making capabilities.
• Experience leading large-scale, multi‑site network projects.
