What You'll Do:

- Design, develop, test, and maintain cutting-edge Android applications

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver exceptional mobile experiences

- Optimize app performance, troubleshoot issues, and ensure smooth user interactions

- Contribute to UX/UI improvements and participate in brainstorming sessions for new features

- Work closely with Software Architects, Designers, and Developers in an Agile/Scrum environment

What We're Looking For:

- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field

- 3–5 years of hands-on experience in Android mobile app development

- Strong proficiency in Kotlin, Java, Android SDK, and modern mobile development tools

- Experience with front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is a plus

- Solid understanding of mobile UI/UX principles

- Knowledge of databases, preferably Microsoft SQL Server

- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies; rapid prototyping experience is a bonus

- Experience with IBM MQ or messaging systems is an advantage
