Key Responsibilities:
- Architectural Leadership: Own the end-to-end design and evolution of our core infrastructure architecture, ensuring scalability and resilience.
- DevOps & Stability: Define and implement best-in-class DevOps standards, CI/CD pipelines, and comprehensive stability strategies to maintain 24/7 operational excellence.
- Business Enablement: Strategically scale our infrastructure to support the rapid, global expansion of our trading businesses.
Technical Requirements:
- Experience & Leadership: 5+ years of relevant professional experience, including a minimum of 2 years in a team leadership or management role.
- Microservices & Systems: Expertise in Microservices Governance (Service Mesh, API Gateway, Distributed Tracing). Deep understanding of distributed system principles, with proven experience in designing high-concurrency, high-availability systems.
- Cloud & Architecture: Proven experience in Hybrid/Multi-Cloud architecture design and implementation. Proficiency in AWS/Cloud platforms is essential; Architect-level certification is a significant plus.
- Platform Building: Demonstrated ability to build and launch infrastructure platforms from the ground up (0 to 1).
- Programming: Proficiency in at least one system-level programming language (Go, Python, or Java).
- Soft Skills: Strong technical decision-making capabilities, excellent team collaboration, and superior communication skills.
