With rapid regional expansion underway, they’re looking for a Crypto Institutional Sales Director to lead growth across Singapore and the broader APAC market.

This isn’t a passive, portfolio-style sales role. It’s a front-line, relationship-driven opportunity to engage some of the most active and sophisticated players in global digital markets.

🔥 Your Role

• Lead institutional sales into hedge funds, proprietary trading firms, asset managers, family offices, banks, and crypto-native institutions across APAC
• Drive conversations around liquidity, execution, market access, custody, settlement, and institutional prime services
• Navigate mid–long sales cycles involving trading teams, operations, risk, and senior leadership
• Build strong relationships with C-suite stakeholders across Singapore and other regional financial hubs
• Identify emerging opportunities in APAC’s fast-growing digital asset landscape
• Close large-value institutional partnerships that accelerate platform adoption

⭐ What You Bring

• Proven institutional sales experience in crypto, FX/electronic trading, derivatives, prime brokerage, or institutional fintech
• A strong network across APAC’s trading and asset management communities
• Ability to manage sophisticated, consultative sales processes
• Understanding of digital asset market structure, institutional trading workflows, and MAS-driven regulatory environments
• Strong communication and executive presence
• Based in Singapore or highly familiar with the market
