On behalf of our IT client, we are on the lookout for a new Project Manager.

Role Overview

Our client is looking for a driven Project Manager to lead end-to-end delivery of turnkey telecommunications projects involving multi-vendor environments. This role requires a balance of technical understanding, coordination skills, and leadership to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and to client expectations.

You’ll work closely with internal teams, external partners, and customers to translate requirements into structured execution plans and successful system commissioning.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate internal teams, customers, and external vendors to deliver projects smoothly from initiation to completion.
• Ensure project timelines, scope, and deliverables are met according to agreed objectives.
• Define project scope and goals in collaboration with stakeholders, ensuring technical and operational feasibility.
• Plan and manage resource allocation to support effective execution.
• Develop and maintain detailed project schedules, tracking milestones and progress.
• Manage scope, schedule, and cost changes using structured change control and validation processes.
• Provide regular updates to management, escalating risks or issues when necessary.
• Act as the primary interface for customers and key stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
• Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks to minimise disruption.
• Build and sustain strong working relationships with vendors and third-party partners.
• Maintain accurate and complete project documentation.

Requirements & Experience

Education & Background

• Bachelor’s degree from a recognised institution.
• 4–5 years of relevant experience in telecommunications, IP telephony, or data networking projects within the APAC region.
• Prior experience in a project coordination or management capacity.
• Project management certification (e.g. PMP) is an advantage.
