What The Role Is

You conduct deep research on terrorism and security-related issues.

What You Will Be Working On

  • Monitor terrorist and security threats, trends and activities
  • Ensure proper processing, databasing and archival of information for good knowledge management
  • Prepare staff threat assessments and strategic reports to principals


Challenge(s)

  • Processing large volumes of fragmented and sometimes contradictory information to identify credible threats
  • Adapting quickly to ever-evolving threat landscape
  • Sense making vast data and producing timely and accurate reports


What We Are Looking For

  • Education in Political Science, Security Studies, Terrorism or a related field
  • Working experience in research, terrorism or equivalent capacity is advantageous
  • Good analytical, communication, planning and organisational skills
  • Good emotional intelligence and interpersonal skills
