What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)

• Manage new development, operations & maintenance, and end-of-life IT projects using Agile methodologies
• Conduct all Agile team ceremonies such as daily stand-ups, product backlog management, iteration planning, retrospectives, and demos/reviews
• Perform story analysis and manage the evolution of User Stories and other backlog items
• Collaborate with Product Management and Technical Team Leads in release planning and prepare user documentation and release notes
• Anticipate, mitigate, and resolve risks and issues across various workgroups
  
  

What Is Required (Qualifications)

• Experience in initiating, planning, scheduling, estimating, and delivering IT projects
• Proficient in Agile processes and ceremonies, including backlog refinement and iteration planning
• Demonstrated ability to manage User Stories and facilitate story refinement sessions
• Strong knowledge of Agile software development frameworks, including Scaled Agile (SAFe), Kanban, and Scrum
• Excellent interpersonal skills, including oral and written communication
  
  

How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

• Experience in facilitating troubleshooting sessions with development teams
• Familiarity with JIRA and Confluence
• Knowledge of federal government development lifecycles
• Experience in requirements gathering, development of wireframes, and acceptance criteria
• Ability to work with Agile teams to decentralize decision-making
