- Engage in dynamic Agile projects with a focus on full life-cycle software development
- Manage new development, operations & maintenance, and end-of-life IT projects using Agile methodologies
- Conduct all Agile team ceremonies such as daily stand-ups, product backlog management, iteration planning, retrospectives, and demos/reviews
- Perform story analysis and manage the evolution of User Stories and other backlog items
- Collaborate with Product Management and Technical Team Leads in release planning and prepare user documentation and release notes
- Anticipate, mitigate, and resolve risks and issues across various workgroups
- Experience in initiating, planning, scheduling, estimating, and delivering IT projects
- Proficient in Agile processes and ceremonies, including backlog refinement and iteration planning
- Demonstrated ability to manage User Stories and facilitate story refinement sessions
- Strong knowledge of Agile software development frameworks, including Scaled Agile (SAFe), Kanban, and Scrum
- Excellent interpersonal skills, including oral and written communication
- Experience in facilitating troubleshooting sessions with development teams
- Familiarity with JIRA and Confluence
- Knowledge of federal government development lifecycles
- Experience in requirements gathering, development of wireframes, and acceptance criteria
- Ability to work with Agile teams to decentralize decision-making
