Requirements

— 4+ years of experience with React Native

— Deep understanding of mobile application architecture and cross-platform development

— Ability to solve tasks independently and make responsible technical decisions

— Proactive approach to exploring new technologies and continuously improving the product

— Experience with blockchain, smart contracts, or dApps

— Experience leading a frontend team (technical ownership, mentoring, architecture reviews, alignment with business and product goals) is a strong plus

Responsibilities

— Lead the frontend team, providing technical direction, mentorship, and regular feedback

— Develop, maintain, and optimize mobile applications using React Native

— Participate in architectural discussions and ensure scalability and maintainability of the codebase

— Ensure high code quality, performance, and excellent user experience across platforms

— Collaborate closely with backend, frontend, design, and product teams to deliver cohesive features

— Conduct code reviews and contribute to continuous improvement of development practices

— Stay up to date with industry trends and integrate relevant technologies into the product

— Contribute to integrating blockchain features and Web3 capabilities where applicable
