Role: ServiceNow Developer
Experience: 4+ years (mandatory – exclusive ServiceNow development experience)
Location: Bangalore
Work Mode: Onsite(5 Days office)
Type: [Contract - 6 Months]

- Only ServiceNow Developer profiles (candidates must have worked exclusively on ServiceNow)
- Only Immediate or Candidates Serving Notice Period— no out-of- Karnataka profiles will be considered
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and customize applications on the ServiceNow platform
- Work on core modules: Incident, Problem, Change, Service Catalog, Knowledge Management
- Develop workflows, Business Rules, Client Scripts, Script Includes, UI Policies & UI Actions
- Build reports, dashboards, and performance metrics
- Integrate ServiceNow with third-party systems using REST/SOAP APIs
- Handle system administration, ACLs, upgrades, patches, and monitoring
Mandatory Skills:
- Strong ServiceNow development experience (ITSM, CMDB, HRSD, CSM, etc.)
- JavaScript, HTML, CSS, XML
- GlideRecord, GlideAjax, g_scratchpad
- REST & SOAP integrations
- Flow Designer, Studio IDE, Update Sets
Certifications (Preferred):
- ServiceNow CSA (Highly preferred)
- CAD or CIS (Plus)
