We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst with a strong technical and analytical background to bridge the gap between business needs and technology solutions. The ideal candidate will have proven expertise in business analysis, project management, and data analysis, ensuring successful delivery of complex projects and actionable insights.
>>Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements.
- Translate business needs into functional specifications and technical requirements.
- Drive end-to-end project management, including planning, execution, and delivery.
- Perform data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and actionable insights for decision-making.
- Work closely with development teams to ensure alignment between business requirements and technical implementation.
- Create process flows, use cases, and user stories to support solution design.
- Conduct impact analysis and risk assessment for proposed changes.
- Facilitate workshops, meetings, and presentations with stakeholders.
>>Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Proficiency in data analysis tools (Excel, SQL, or similar).
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Hands-on experience with project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall).
- Ability to create clear documentation, reports, and dashboards.
- Familiarity with software development lifecycle (SDLC).
>>Education:
B.Tech or equivalent degree in Computer Science / Information Technology from a recognized institute.
>>Experience:
- 10+ years in an analytical or technical role.
- Relevant experience in Business Analysis, Project Management, and Data Analysis.
>>Preferred Certifications:
- CBAP (Certified Business Analysis Professional)
- PMP (Project Management Professional)
- Agile/Scrum Certification
- Data Analytics Certification (e.g., Power BI, Tableau)
