Junior Product Manager – B2B SaaS (London, Hybrid)
Futureheads has partnered with a well-known consultancy that has recently developed their own SaaS tool, which is taking new and existing B2B customers by storm. The product team is continuing to grow, and they are looking for a Junior Product Manager to join the team and help scale the platform.
The role
As Junior Product Manager, you’ll sit at the heart of the product, helping to keep everything running smoothly day to day while supporting the evolution of the roadmap.
You will:
- Help build and refine product processes, from how tickets are logged to how work flows through the team.
- Check, triage and prioritise tickets, ensuring issues and ideas are clearly understood and routed to the right people.
- Speak with internal stakeholders and customers to gather feedback, understand pain points and capture requirements.
- Translate ideas and feedback into clear user stories, workflows and acceptance criteria for the engineering team.
- Support testing of new features and fixes, validating behaviour against requirements and spotting edge cases.
- Contribute to onboarding, training and simple documentation to help users get value from the product.
- Use data (or be keen to learn how) to monitor product usage, spot patterns and inform decisions on improvements.
Background we’re looking for:
This role is ideal for someone early in their product career or looking to move into product from a related discipline.
You might be:
- Currently in project management, customer success, operations or a business analyst role and ready to pivot into product.
- Already working in a junior product or product-adjacent role and looking for more ownership in a growing SaaS environment. (maybe completes a 6 months + internship)
You should:
- Have some real-life office experience working with digital products, technology or client-facing delivery teams.
- Be comfortable talking to users and internal teams, asking good questions and capturing clear actions.
- Be organised, detail-focused and happy to own the small process improvements that make everything run better.
- Understand data or be motivated to use data to inform decisions, whether that’s dashboards, usage metrics or simple reports.
- Be curious, proactive and keen to learn modern product practices (agile ways of working, experimentation, user-centric thinking)
This is a rare opportunity to start in product with a growing, stable and exiting SaaS team. You need to be a people person, love social teams, exciting projects and want to get involved in building. If you love process, data and just are not being exposed to enough in your current role or just crave a more product-focused space then this one is for you.
