In this role, you’ll be at the heart of Agile delivery, supporting high-performing development and operations teams across the UK and Europe. You’ll play a key role in driving delivery effectiveness, embedding Agile best practice, and acting as a bridge between technical teams and business stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as a servant leader to one or more Scrum and/or Kanban teams within a scaled Agile environment.
  • Facilitate Agile ceremonies (stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews, retrospectives), ensuring best-practice execution and continuous improvement.
  • Coach and mentor teams and stakeholders to deepen Agile understanding and drive team maturity.
  • Support Product Owners with backlog management, prioritisation, and clarity of product and sprint goals.
  • Identify delivery bottlenecks, risks, and inefficiencies, and work with teams to implement effective solutions.
  • Produce and analyse delivery metrics to track progress, team performance, and value delivery.
  • Lead and manage end-to-end project delivery, working closely with business stakeholders to meet timelines and objectives.
  • Build strong relationships across UK, European, and global teams, including development, marketing, and external partners.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Proven experience as a Scrum Master or Agile Delivery Lead within software or digital product environments.
  • Strong knowledge of Agile principles, Scrum and Kanban frameworks, and scaled Agile delivery.
  • Confident facilitator and coach, able to influence stakeholders at all levels of the organisation.
  • Experience working with cross-functional, distributed, and co-sourced teams.
  • Comfortable managing delivery metrics, change initiatives, and competing stakeholder priorities.
  • Hands-on experience with Agile tooling such as Jira and Confluence.
  • A proactive, solution-focused mindset with a passion for continuous improvement.

Desirable:

  • Scrum Master certification (PSM, CSM, or equivalent).
  • Background in digital, technology, or marketing-led environments.
  • Project management experience alongside Agile delivery.
