Hybrid role supporting global Corporate IT


The Identity Security Engineer plays a critical role in protecting our global digital ecosystem. This position is responsible for designing, implementing, and optimizing identity and access management (IAM) solutions that ensure secure, compliant, and seamless access for employees worldwide. You will collaborate across corporate IT teams, influence security strategy, and help shape the future of identity governance in a highly dynamic environment.



What You Will Do

Design & Implement Identity Solutions

  • Architect, implement, and maintain modern Identity Governance & Administration (IGA) solutions
  • Ensure the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of systems across the enterprise

. Develop & Automate With Custom JSON

  • Build and optimize identity automation using custom JSON configurations
  • Leverage scripting knowledge (Python, PowerShell, etc.) to streamline workflows and improve system efficiency


Lead System Integrations

  • Integrate IAM platforms with key enterprise systems including HRIS (SAP, Oracle), Active Directory, and cloud or on‑premise applications
  • Support access control processes such as SSO, MFA, and lifecycle automation

Strengthen Compliance & Security

  • Ensure alignment with regulatory requirements such as SOX, HIPAA, GDPR, and internal security policies
  • Partner with audit and compliance teams to support global controls

. Collaborate Across Global Teams

  • Coordinate system updates, process improvements, and IAM enhancements with cross‑functional IT stakeholders
  • Serve as a trusted advisor on identity access processes across regions
  • Provide expert-level support for identity and authentication issues
  • Recommend improvements based on industry best practices and emerging trends


Stay Ahead of the Curve

  • Continuously expand knowledge of evolving IAM technologies, frameworks, and global regulatory standards



What You Bring

Education & Background

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field


Experience

  • 3–5 years of experience in Identity & Access Management
  • Hands-on experience with Active Directory, HR databases (SAP, Oracle), APIs, LDAP integrations, and identity lifecycle management.

Technical Skills

  • Proficiency in writing and customizing JSON for identity workflows
  • Solid knowledge of Python, PowerShell, or similar scripting languages

Experience with cloud identity platforms such as Azure AD or Google Cloud Identity


IAM Expertise

  • Knowledge of IAM platforms such as Microsoft Entra ID, SailPoint, Okta, or similar
  • Understanding of SSO, MFA, RBAC, LDAP, SAML, and access governance concepts

Soft Skills

  • Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively with global teams
  • A collaborative mindset with a focus on delivering secure and scalable solutions


🌎 Languages

  • Fluency in spoken and written English is required due to global team interaction


Preferred Qualifications

  • Professional certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or relevant IAM certifications.
  • Advanced experience in enterprise platforms like SailPoint, Okta, or Microsoft Entra ID
