Product Manager - AAA live title

We’re seeking a Product Manager to play a key role in the development and live operations of an innovative online shooter. Embedded within the development team, you’ll be responsible for setting priorities that drive business success, enhance player experiences, and optimise key performance indicators (KPIs). Leveraging a strong foundation in data-driven decision-making, you’ll collaborate closely with analysts and data scientists to shape the game’s future.

You’re someone with a deep understanding of free-to-play games, skilled at balancing player enjoyment with development and business goals. Analytical by nature, you know when to dive into the numbers and when to trust your instincts to guide decisions.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive the creation and refinement of live service features and content to achieve measurable business goals.
• Analyse the player journey and identify areas to improve retention, engagement, and monetisation while keeping player experience at the forefront.
• Collaborate on data analysis to generate hypotheses about player behaviour and inform strategic priorities.
• Develop and optimise content roadmaps and monetisation strategies.
• Partner with teams across development, live operations, data analytics, and senior leadership to ensure alignment on product strategy and execution.
• Work closely with the data team to prioritise its backlog and answer critical questions about player behaviour and business performance.

About You

• 4+ years of experience in managing live service games, ideally in the free-to-play sector, with a strong focus on engagement and monetisation.
• Proven experience working with data teams and user research experts to combine qualitative and quantitative insights.
• Exceptional analytical skills and a track record of data-informed decision-making.
• Familiarity with competitive multiplayer games and their market landscape.
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex concepts and inspire cross-functional teams.
• A practical, detail-oriented approach with the ability to adapt to challenges and make decisions even with imperfect data.
• Insight into player psychology and motivations, and how to apply these to feature design and overall game strategy.
