Job Description
What can I expect on the programme?
Our Revenue Growth Management (RGM) team plays a vital role in shaping Danone’s commercial strategy across the UK and Ireland. Simply put, we help the business make smarter decisions about pricing, promotions, and product mix so we can grow profitably and stay competitive. This means influencing how our brands show up in stores and ensuring we deliver value for both Danone and our customers.
On this two-year programme, you’ll learn how to:
- Build and implement strategies that optimise trade investment.
- Work with different ways to drive growth, such as pack size, pricing, promotions, exploring new channels, and understanding category trends.
- Collaborate with teams in Sales, Marketing, and Commercial Finance to bring your insights to life
What will you do day-to-day?
You’ll dive into data and turn it into actionable insights. This could include:
- Reviewing promotional performance and spotting opportunities to improve
- Analysing price elasticity and mix trends to recommend smarter strategies
- Supporting decisions on trade investment across categories and customers
Your work will feed into key business reviews and help shape decisions that impact millions of consumers.
