You will join a specialist claims management business supporting insurers, underwriters, large corporates and brokers. This is a hands-on reporting role where your work directly impacts client outcomes, financial controls and regulatory reporting cadence.
Who you will be working with:
You will sit in a small operational team, partnering closely with finance and account managers. The culture values accuracy, curiosity with numbers, and challenging processes to improve quality and efficiency.

- Prepare and reconcile monthly claims payment (bordereaux) reports for external stakeholders
- Produce MI, KPI, statutory and solvency reporting to agreed timelines
- Build ad hoc analysis and well-presented graphs for stakeholders as required
- Manage trust funding requests and daily allocation of funds in the claims system
- Reconcile financial (trust) accounts and resolve funding and reporting queries with finance
- Identify system/reporting errors, follow QA steps and drive process improvements through automation
- Proven experience in reporting and data analysis in a commercial environment
- Strong Excel capability, including macros/VBA (or similar automation)
- Ability to run SQL reports and work with MS Access (or comparable databases/tools)
- Demonstrated reconciliation experience and strong attention to detail (accuracy matters)
- Confidence engaging stakeholders via mailbox queries and day-to-day reporting requests
- Insurance or claims exposure is helpful but not essential
