About Our Client: Our client is a dynamic and innovative company working on cutting-edge technology in the AI and video production space. They are currently seeking a talented UX/UI Designer to join their team. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to the design of an AI producer platform, working closely with Microsoft Teams design and focusing on accessibility. The ideal candidate will have strong UX/UI design experience, a keen eye for detail, and a passion for creating user-friendly, inclusive experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

• UX/UI Design: Work on designing user interfaces for the AI producer platform, ensuring an intuitive, functional, and aesthetically pleasing experience.
• Microsoft Teams Integration: Design and improve integration with Microsoft Teams, optimizing the user experience across the platform.
• Accessibility: Prioritize accessibility by focusing on high contrasts, keyboard navigation, and other inclusive design practices.
• User Research & Cases: Collaborate with stakeholders to gather insights on user cases and perform user research to refine and validate design decisions.
• User Stories & Personas: Define and develop user stories, personas, and usability requirements to guide the design process.
• Technical Collaboration: Work closely with the development team, providing designs that are feasible and practical for implementation.
• Tools: Utilize Figma, Fluent, and Fluent 2 (Fluent 2 experience is a bonus), alongside CSS and JavaScript for front-end design work.
• Project Management: Use Jira to track tasks, manage priorities, and ensure smooth project flow.
• Problem Solving: Be ready to troubleshoot and adapt designs quickly in a fast-paced, live production environment.

Skills & Requirements:

• 5-10 years of experience in UX/UI design with a portfolio demonstrating expertise in design systems, accessibility, and user-centered design.
• Proficiency in Figma, (Fluent, and Fluent 2 have both been mentioned, with Fluent 2 experience being a huge plus)
• Experience with accessibility design, ensuring platforms are usable by a diverse audience (e.g., high contrasts, keyboard navigation).
• Strong background in developing user stories, personas, and conducting user research.
• Experience with CSS and JavaScript for front-end development.
• Familiarity with Jira for task and project management.
• Experience in the video processing, broadcasting, or streaming industries is a strong advantage.
• English proficiency is required; Swedish is a plus.
• Must be able to work on-site in Taby, Stockholm, 1-2 days per week.
