What You’ll Do
  • Lead Visual Direction: Own the creative direction and execution of full brand identity systems—logos, typography, color palettes, iconography, and visual guidelines.
  • Build Complete Brand Books: Design cohesive, vendor-ready brand guides that ensure consistency across all touchpoints.
  • Define Visual Storytelling: Establish photography styles, curate image libraries, and create packaging concepts that bring brands to life.
  • Develop Templates: Deliver branded template systems for social media, email, pitch decks, and more.
  • Execute Across Channels: Ensure a clean, cohesive look and feel across websites, marketing collateral, and digital campaigns.
  • Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Work hand-in-hand with copywriters, strategists, project managers, and developers to translate positioning and messaging into elevated design.
  • Guide Implementation: Review how brand visuals are applied across client assets and campaigns, providing oversight to protect design integrity.
  • Present & Iterate: Confidently present concepts and revisions to internal teams—and at times, directly to clients.
  • Balance Variety: Contribute to multiple projects across industries, adapting visual systems to diverse brand tones and audiences.


What Makes You a Great Fit
  • Proven experience designing brand identity systems, packaging, and multi-channel visuals—ideally in an agency or fast-paced freelance environment.
  • Mastery of Figma, Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign), and Canva.
  • A strong portfolio that showcases clean, strategic design thinking across digital and print.
  • Solid grasp of visual hierarchy, typography, color theory, layout, and brand psychology.
  • Ability to interpret briefs and translate abstract positioning into striking visuals.
  • Clear presentation and communication skills—comfortable articulating design rationale to clients and collaborators.
  • Adaptive style and curiosity to create for brands of all sizes and personalities.
  • Collaborative mindset and experience working with cross-functional teams.
  • Confidence using AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Midjourney, Adobe Firefly) to enhance and streamline design workflows.
  • Familiarity with packaging dielines, email design best practices, and asset handoff for web development.
  • Bonus: Basic motion or video editing skills.
