- We are looking for a Workday Tester with experience in HR and/or Finance modules to support quality assurance activities across Workday implementations and enhancements. The role focuses on functional testing, end-to-end business process validation, and close collaboration with HR, Finance, and Payroll teams to ensure high-quality Workday solutions.
- – Design, execute, and document test cases and test scripts for Workday HCM and Financials modules.
– Validate end-to-end business processes such as Hire to Retire and Record to Report.

Requirements
- Hands-on experience testing Workday HCM and/or Workday Financial Management.
- Knowledge of HR processes (Core HCM, Absence, Benefits, Compensation, Payroll).
- Knowledge of Finance processes (GL, AP, AR, Expenses, Assets).
- Experience testing Workday business processes, security, and configurations.
- Strong experience in functional testing within ERP or SaaS platforms.
- Ability to write clear test cases and execute structured test plans.
- Familiarity with defect tracking and test management tools.
- Understanding of SDLC and testing methodologies (Agile and/or Waterfall).
- Strong analytical skills and high attention to detail.
- Effective communication skills with both business and technical stakeholders.
- Comfortable working in remote and multicultural environments.
- Proactive mindset with strong ownership of quality.
- Workday certifications (HCM, Financials, or testing-related).
- Experience testing Workday integrations, including Workday Studio or EIBs.
- Experience working in Agile / Scrum environments.
- Previous experience in consulting or multi-client environments.
