Were Looking For a Technical Project Manager
Were searching for a highly motivated and experienced Technical Project Manager (TPM) to join our growing team. In this role, you'll be at the intersection of business goals and technical execution helping us build high-impact digital products from scratch in short, focused delivery cycles.
At Darwoft, TPMs are much more than task trackers. They're facilitators, decision-makers, and strategic partners in product creation.
What Youll Be Doing
- Manage and prioritize product backlogs in alignment with business needs
- Track technical deliveries using Agile methodologies (Scrum or similar)
- Lead and facilitate Agile ceremonies to foster a collaborative culture
- Coordinate production releases with the engineering team
- Maintain and communicate product roadmaps aligned with client objectives
- Monitor project KPIs, including cost, scope, timing, and quality
- Create and present clear, concise reports for technical and non-technical stakeholders
- 5+ years of experience managing software development projects
- Strong knowledge or certification in Agile methodologies (Scrum Master, etc.)
- Solid understanding of technical concepts, architecture, and development workflows
- Intermediate-advanced English skills (B2 or above), both spoken and written
- Critical thinking and problem-solving mindset
- Empathetic leadership and the ability to guide multidisciplinary teams with clarity and warmth
- Full-time contract with payment in ARS
