We’re looking for someone who can shape the vision, set priorities, and steer software products that truly make an impact for both the business and our customers.

About The Role

As a Functional Analyst, you help improve collaboration between teams and external partners. You ensure structured decision-making, streamlined processes, and effective communication. You analyse current inefficiencies, develop sustainable frameworks, and guide implementation to enhance long-term efficiency.

Key responsibilities

• Assess existing workflows, identifying bottlenecks and communication gaps.
• Develop and propose scalable solutions for prioritization, documentation, and stakeholder coordination.
• Implement improved processes, facilitating alignment across teams and locations.
• Conduct workshops and support decision-making to integrate changes effectively.
• Provide structured documentation, training, and tools to ensure long-term adoption.
• Transfer knowledge and responsibilities to internal teams, preventing ongoing consultant reliance.

What we’re looking for

• At least 5 years of experience working as an engineer.
• Proven experience in process optimization within technical environments.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to define, refine, and implement actionable improvements.
• Solid understanding of software development and testing processes to collaborate effectively with technical teams.
• Familiarity with standard development technologies such as Java, PostgreSQL, Angular, Selenium, Maven, GIT, JIRA, etc.
• Good grasp of architectural principles and sound software development concepts.
• Experience in documentation, framework or process development, and delivering training to ensure smooth knowledge transfer.
• Experience with AGILE/SCRUM methodologies and modern development practices.
• Fluent in Dutch or French (with a good understanding of the other language) and English.
