Key Responsibilities

• Coach and support product development teams to improve delivery using DevOps best practices
• Train teams on software craftsmanship, BDD/TDD, CI/CD, Agile testing, trunk-based development, and value stream mapping
• Analyze current ways of working, identify pain points, and define improvement plans
• Work closely with squads, other DevOps coaches, and tooling teams to ensure effective use of CI/CD, testing, code quality, and security tools
• Support and improve platforms covering continuous integration, automated deployments, code scanning, testing tools, collaboration, and release management
• Propose and drive continuous improvements based on industry standards and DevOps trends

Experience Required

• Strong experience implementing and operating CI/CD and automation pipelines
• Solid software development background combined with proven coaching experience and end-to-end SDLC understanding
• Extensive experience working with Agile frameworks and practices (impact mapping, story mapping, example mapping)
• Hands-on experience with Java development, Git/SVN, artefact repositories (Nexus), and scripting for automation
• Experience with build and integration platforms; exposure to code scanning tools (Sonar, Fortify), containers (Docker/Kubernetes), and mobile platforms (Android/iOS) is a plus
• Experience in large IT environments is preferred
• Strong communication, analytical, coaching, and stakeholder-management skills
