Responsibilities
- Lead visual execution of marketing projects across digital, offline, and event channels as an autonomous creative partner.
- Design high-quality marketing materials such as ad creatives, social media visuals, presentations, sales assets, and brand materials.
- Use strong 2D design skills and, where helpful, AI or generative tools to support ideation and production.
- Design offline, print, and event materials including brochures, one-pagers, posters, booths, banners, and large-format assets.
- Translate briefs and business goals into clear visual concepts and propose solutions proactively.
- Collaborate closely with marketing, sales, and product teams, bringing context and creative judgement.
- Manage multiple projects independently, maintain quality, and meet deadlines with minimal supervision.
- 6–8 years of professional experience in visual or graphic design
- Strong expertise in 2D design
- Hands-on experience using AI-powered generative design tools (e.g., for ideation, asset creation, or optimization)
- Proven ability to manage projects end to end and work independently with minimal supervision
- Experience designing for B2B SaaS brands
- Demonstrated experience creating event and marketing materials, including brochures, one-pagers, posters, booths, banners, and other large-format assets
- Experience with 3D visuals, renders, spatial design, and/or motion or animation.
- Experience with motion or animation (basic to intermediate level).
- Experience in B2B, SaaS, or fintech environments.
- Experience preparing print-ready files and working with suppliers.
- A senior role in shaping the visual direction of a fast-growing European fintech.
- High level of ownership and visible impact on marketing visuals.
