Kiilto’s Professional Hygiene business delivers high-quality hygiene and cleaning solutions that support responsible and sustainable operations for our B2B customers. This is a group-level role that serves all our markets and well-known B2B brands such as Kiilto Pro, Erisan Pro, Antibac, Plum, and DAX. We are now looking for a strategic product management leader to take our business to the next level.
Role Overview
As Product Management Team Lead, you will be responsible for product management and portfolio development across our three solution areas: Healthcare, Food Service & Professional Cleaning, and Food Industry. You will ensure product data quality, portfolio evolution, and regulatory compliance are seamlessly integrated to deliver sustainable, future-ready solutions. You will lead and mentor a team of Product Managers and enable fluent cooperation between Research, Development & Innovation (RDI), Supply Chain, and Business Development. You will report to the Head of Solutions Management. You can be located in one of our offices in the following areas: in Finland (Helsinki, Tampere, Turku); in Sweden (Malmö, Stockholm or Örnsköldsvik); in Norway (Oslo); in Denmark (Assens).
Your Responsibilities
- Lead product management across the three solution areas (Healthcare, Food Service & Professional Cleaning, and Food Industry), ensuring alignment with business objectives and regulatory requirements by translating business area strategies into effective, solution-specific product management.
- Harmonize and evolve Kiilto’s portfolio, balancing innovation, sustainability, and regulatory compliance.
- Oversee and continuously improve PIM (Product Information Management) processes, driving data accuracy, scalability, and compliance.
- Support commercialization strategies and cross-functional collaboration.
- Drive digitalisation and automation to enhance efficiency and reduce complexity.
- Lead and empower Product Managers, fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and growth.
What We Expect
- Several years of demonstrated B2B product management experience across multiple solution areas, with a proven ability to lead both processes and teams.
- Experience of regulated industries, preferably in professional hygiene, with understanding of standards and regulatory frameworks impacting product development and commercialization.
- A proven track record in managing complex product portfolios and developing PIM processes, including advancing digitalisation and automation.
- Minimum of 3 years of proven leadership and team development skills, with experience in fostering accountability and growth among expert professionals.
- Excellent communication and influencing skills, with clear stakeholder management and the ability to drive effective cooperation across teams.
- Fluent English; knowledge of Nordic languages is considered an advantage.
