In a few words:
We're looking for a Product Designer to take full ownership of our Gastroenterology product. You'll shape the experience for both healthcare professionals and patients, driving adoption and building a scalable, user-centered solution that becomes the new standard in gastroenterology care.
How your role contributes to Resilience's success:
Your work will directly impact thousands of healthcare professionals and patients by improving usability, clarity, and adoption of our Gastro product. You'll ensure the product evolves with strong design ownership, enabling faster growth and better outcomes for our users and the company.
What your daily life looks like:
- User research & discovery (20%): Conduct user interviews, analyze feedback, and identify pain points to inform product evolution
- Product framing & UX strategy (25%): Define user flows, information architecture, and strategic design directions
- UX & UI design (25%): Design intuitive interfaces for both healthcare professionals and patient-facing flows
- Delivery & collaboration (20%): Work closely with Product Managers and Engineers to ship high-quality features
- Design system contribution (10%): Maintain consistency and contribute to our platform-wide design system

You'll work alongside a distributed team of aces: Camille, Lucie and Yoan. Based anywhere from the coast to the peaks, they seamlessly share ownership of our Oncology and Psy scopes. From high-level Strategy to pixel-perfect UI, they do it all. They are a sporty, close-knit group looking for someone who shares their drive for building products that matter.

Sébastien is a Paris-based expert who joined Resilience in 2022 to shape our Patient and Caregiver experiences. With a background serving major international clients and a personal commitment to charity work (diving instructor for cancer patients), he leads with empathy. He creates an environment that prioritizes the team, blending supportive mentorship with the autonomy you need to grow.

Our design team works on multiple products and platform initiatives, creating a rich environment for learning and cross-pollination of ideas. You'll have dedicated focus on Gastro while benefiting from the collective expertise of the team.
👤 Candidate Profile
⚙️ You're the right person if you know how to:
- Design complex workflows and data-driven products
- Master Figma and contribute to design systems
- Conduct user research and translate insights into design solutions
- Work effectively with engineers to ensure high-quality implementation
- Navigate SaaS and B2B product environments
- Autonomous and proactive in driving design initiatives
- Structured and pragmatic in your approach
- Comfortable working in cross-functional teams
- Action-oriented with strong product thinking
- Detail-oriented while keeping the big picture in mind
- At least 5 years of experience in product design
- Worked for a SaaS company, ideally in healthtech, medtech, or fintech
- Owned a product or major feature end-to-end
- Designed for expert users or regulated environments
- B2 level in English (minimum)
- Have integrated AI tools within your design process
- Have experience with complex data visualization
- Have worked on healthcare or medical products before
