What You’ll Lead

Design the Blueprint

• Build the first comprehensive compliance framework for confidential token issuers.
• Create governance, risk, and reporting structures that meet global regulatory standards while preserving privacy-by-default.

Shape Global Regulatory Engagement

• Serve as the primary compliance voice with regulators across EU, US, and APAC.
• Influence policy developments for privacy‑preserving and encrypted digital assets.

Guide Internal & External Stakeholders

• Advise external token issuers on adopting compliant confidential-token frameworks.
• Support centralized entities in adapting their compliance processes to assess FHE‑secured assets.
• Partner closely with commercial, legal, and product teams to de‑risk token issuance and embed compliance logic into token standards.

Be the Strategic + Hands‑On Expert

• Join client meetings to unblock, de‑risk, and accelerate adoption.
• Draft policies, evaluate risks, and provide clear interpretations of emerging regulations.

Who We're Looking For

You are a senior crypto compliance leader who thrives at the intersection of innovation, regulation, and real‑world application.

Must‑Have Experience

• 7+ years in blockchain, digital asset, or token‑related compliance.
• Proven expertise with EU/US regulatory frameworks for digital assets.
• Deep understanding of AML/CFT, licensing regimes, VASP requirements, and on‑chain risk models.
• Experience with centralized exchanges or trading platforms (Binance, Coinbase, Crypto.com, OKX, etc.).
• Strong policy drafting + exceptional communication skills.

Bonus Points

• Exposure to privacy‑enhancing tech, ZK systems, or confidential transaction models.
• Understanding of FHE concepts (deep expertise not required—internal training provided).
