We help make the food supply cycle for the population more sustainable. With our RPCs, safety for food transport is improved, there is less waste of food and at the same time the lifespan of the products increases. Through our products and the need for less packaging materials we reduce the carbon footprint.

We are looking for a proactive and solution-oriented Working Student to join our Global HR Talent Management Team! Your role will focus on a variety of learning and development initiatives, offering valuable experience in learning systems, training administration, and learner engagement. You will also have the opportunity to contribute to project management and change management tasks, further developing your skills in these essential areas.

Key responsibilities:

  • System and Program Administration: You will actively contribute to the administration and promotion of our Learning Management System and training and development programs, while driving the continuous improvement of the user experience.
  • Content curation: You will create and curate learning content in line with our strategic business objectives and the learning and leadership development trends.
  • Stakeholder management: You will coordinate our internal training (on-site, hybrid or virtual) offers where you engage with our subject matter experts and improve your stakeholder coordination and communication skills.
  • Quality assurance: You will gather feedback and analyze training data to track training effectiveness and satisfaction, update training documentation, and suggest improvements for ensuring the quality of training content and data.
  • Change management: You will implement individual tasks related to drive learning engagement and accelerate a self-enabled continuous learning culture.

We expect:

  • Academic Background – You are currently enrolled in Business, Psychology, Business Psychology, Education, Social Sciences, or Communication Studies.
  • Passion for Learning – You are enthusiastic about topics like learning & development, digitalization, and content creation.
  • Mindset & Working Style – You bring an agile, hands-on attitude, paired with creativity, perseverance, flexibility, and a strong sense of responsibility.
  • Tech Affinity – You have a keen interest in learning technologies and digital tools.
  • Tool Skills – You work confidently with Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Language Skills – You communicate fluently in English, both written and spoken.
