We’re recruiting for a hands-on DevOps Team Lead Engineer to lead cloud infrastructure, CI/CD, and operational excellence for a modern, cloud-native SaaS platform.

This is a player–coach role — you’ll remain deeply technical while mentoring and guiding a small, distributed DevOps team.

What You’ll Do

• Lead and mentor a global DevOps team while staying hands-on
• Own CI/CD pipelines and GitOps-based deployment workflows
• Design and operate Azure infrastructure using Infrastructure as Code
• Manage Kubernetes (AKS) environments and service mesh architecture
• Drive automation, reliability, and production readiness
• Champion DevOps best practices across engineering teams
• Support live systems, incident response, and continuous improvement

What We’re Looking For

• 5+ years in DevOps / SRE roles within cloud-native or SaaS environments
• 2+ years in a technical leadership or team lead role
• Strong Azure experience
• Hands-on with:
• Terraform (and Terragrunt)
• Kubernetes (AKS), Helm
• CI/CD (Azure DevOps)
• GitOps (ArgoCD)
• Bash scripting (Python or Go a plus)
• Experience with Zero Trust security, RBAC, and PIM
• Comfortable owning production systems and on-call responsibilities
• Strong communicator and natural technical leader

Nice to Have

• Kafka or event-driven systems
• Microservices and distributed systems experience
• OpenSearch / Elasticsearch
• CosmosDB performance tuning
• Azure-native services (API Management, Logic Apps)
