We’re now looking for an experienced Digital Art Director/Designer to lead visual creative across digital and social campaigns, bringing ideas to life through design, video, and animation.


The Role

You’ll be responsible for shaping and delivering creative across social, digital advertising, and video content. This is a hands-on role for someone who can concept, visualise, design, and animate while maintaining strong visual consistency and brand storytelling.

You’ll collaborate closely with copywriters, strategists, account managers and content creators to develop engaging, performance-driven creative.


Your Responsibilities

•  Lead visual direction for digital and social media campaigns

•  Design high-quality creative for paid and organic social, display, and web

•  Create and edit video content for social platforms (short-form & campaign-led)

•  Produce motion graphics and animations for ads and branded content

•  Translate campaign concepts into strong visual executions

•  Maintain brand consistency across multiple client accounts

•  Contribute to creative ideation, storyboarding, and pitching

•  Manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced agency environment

•  Stay up to date with social trends, formats, and platform best practices


Who are you? 

•  3+ years’ experience in digital design, art direction, or creative roles

•  Strong background in digital marketing and social campaigns

•  Advanced skills in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro)

•  Proven experience in video editing and motion graphics/animation

•  Strong understanding of design for performance marketing

•  Excellent visual storytelling and layout skills

•  Experience working in an agency environment (preferred)

•  Strong communication and collaboration skills

•  A portfolio demonstrating digital, social, and video work is essential


 Nice to Have

•  Experience with UI/UX or web design tools (Figma, XD, etc.)

•  Experience of Salesforce or similar email template design tools

•  Experience directing shoots or working with videographers

•  Basic sound design or video colour grading experience
