We are currently seeking a Scrum Master to join our dynamic team in Piove di Sacco (PD), Italy!

We are looking for a Scrum Master to support the development of its global thermal rating tool. In this role, you will be facilitating team activities following Agile Scrum methodology. You will be a lightweight agile framework focusing on sprints and acting as coach to the rest of the team.

What kind of work will you be doing?

• Iteration/sprint planning meetings: Protect the team from over-committing and creep. Aid in estimation and sub task creation.
• Sprint reviews: Participate in the meeting and capture feedback.
• Retrospectives: conduct regular retrospective and note areas for improvement and action items for future sprints.
• Facilitate Scrum ceremonies and team technical discussions: help the team on backlog refinements and requirements discussion
• Identify and troubleshoot obstacles that are hindering the team’s progress.
• Ensure Agile Scrum best practices are maintained in the team
• Support the Product Owner in prioritizing Product backlog
• Ensure the team works collaboratively and efficiently to deliver high-quality products.
• Track KPIs and help teams deliver high-quality products/solutions on time
• Assist development team and Product Owner in sprint release phase (release notes and feature go live)

What will make you successful?

• Master’s Degree in Computer Science, Engineering or a related field, or equivalent experience
• Strong knowledge of Agile Scrum principles and practices, ability to lead and facilitate Scrum ceremonies
• Scrum master certification or willing to obtain
• Facilitation certification or willing to obtain
• 5+ years of experience in software engineering and architecture
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and a responsible team player
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and the ability to express thoughts and ideas clearly
• Experience in: HTML/CSS, C# .NET, SQL, Angular 2+
• Knowledge of HVAC products is considered a plus
