BASIC PURPOSE OF THE JOB

Follow the operational planning of VM activations. This includes prioritization, timeline development and process improvements to ensure on-time, high quality delivery of VM initiatives and partnering with functional stakeholders and Design team on implementation to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery.

In This Role, You Will

• Follow the development of seasonal window cycles, pop-in and pop-up
• Support the VM Operations team, ensuring alignment with cross functional and regional partners, taking into account quantity calculations, production and execution schedules, delivery processes and budget specifications
• Collaborate with the Design Studio and the different suppliers to ensure that detailed timelines and budgets are within scope
• Track and communicate calendar/schedule to support on-time delivery of the VM activations
• Follow the process from the Design Studio briefing to execution by connecting markets and suppliers
• Proactively organize priorities between multiple stakeholders, turning strategy into plans of action, managing multiple projects on various levels with different and converging timelines
• Actively work in order to anticipate and dismantle roadblocks, escalating issues to appropriate partners in a timely manner

• At least 3 years of experience in the role;
• Creative skills and luxury sensibility
• Personal taste and ability to translate it into the project development
• Organizational skills and proactive attitude
• Self-motivated, able to work autonomously and results driven Excellent communication, interpersonal, coaching and feedback skills
• Appreciated a VM, Design, Architectural or engineering background
• Fluent English, other languages as plus
• AutoCAD, Photoshop, Excel, 3D as plus
• Availability to international mobility and to travel in general
