The SQUALIO team is looking for a Marketing Project Manager who will lead the planning, development, and execution of marketing projects across multiple channels. This role is responsible for creating compelling content, managing campaigns, and ensuring consistent brand messaging across all communications.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a full cycle of marketing projects, ensuring alignment with company goals and KPIs
  • Plan, organise, and implement multi-channel marketing campaigns (digital, events, email, social media, website, blogs) to generate interest in products and services
  • Create and manage content for campaigns, including business value propositions, promotional materials, videos, slogans, and advertising texts
  • Oversee production of marketing materials (presentations, brochures, billboards) in line with the company’s visual identity
  • Administer, update, and improve the company website and digital solutions (including content updates, special offers, and domain management)
  • Organise and execute marketing events, partner campaigns, and staff engagement initiatives
  • Plan and manage corporate gifts and souvenirs for clients and business partners
  • Execute direct mail and email campaigns, including database preparation, content creation, design, and delivery
  • Collaborate closely with sales and product teams to analyze campaign effectiveness and optimize customer acquisition strategies
  • Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and customer insights to inform campaigns
  • Engage and manage external service providers when required, ensuring timely and high-quality execution
  • Propose and implement ideas to improve marketing processes and overall departmental efficiency

Requirements

  • At least 3 years of experience in B2B marketing, digital marketing, or product marketing
  • Proven experience developing and executing marketing plans and multi-channel campaigns
  • Strong understanding of website analytics and digital marketing tools (Google Analytics, LinkedIn Ads, SEO, CRM systems)
  • Excellent project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Creative thinking and strong content creation skills, including copywriting and visual communication
  • Experience in event management and production of marketing collateral
  • Strong interpersonal skills and experience working with cross-functional teams
  • Fluent in Latvian and English (written and spoken)
  • Higher education in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field
