ABOUT THE ROLE

We’re looking for a PHP Backend Developer to join our engineering team and work on a core internal product. You’ll focus on backend development, building and maintaining APIs, business logic, and integrations that power a production system used at scale.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys backend work, system design, and writing clean, maintainable PHP code.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

• Develop and maintain backend functionality using PHP (7.4 / 8.x) and Laravel 11+;
• Build and maintain REST APIs and backend services;
• Implement new features based on product and business requirements;
• Debug issues, improve performance, and ensure system stability;
• Work with databases and backend integrations;
• Collaborate with other developers, product managers, and QA to deliver high-quality solutions;
• Participate in code reviews and contribute to improving backend architecture.

WHAT WE EXPECT

• At least 3y of experience working as a PHP Backend Developer;
• Strong experience with PHP and modern frameworks (Laravel 11+ preferred);
• Solid understanding of backend architecture, APIs, and databases;
• Experience with Git and modern development workflows;
• Ability to write clean, maintainable, and well-structured code;
• Team-oriented mindset and good communication skills;
• Basic knowledge of frontend technologies is a plus, but not required.
