About Pulsetto

Pulsetto is one of the fastest-growing wellness tech companies - in 2025 we were officially recognised by Deloitte as the #1 Company to Watch in the Technology Fast 50 CE program.

You may have also seen us on Netflix’s “Don’t Die”, our founder’s Shark Tank pitch 🦈, or even heard that Cristiano Ronaldo and top NBA players use Pulsetto for recovery.

Despite the spotlight, we’re a humble team, moving fast, iterating even faster, and building the future of nervous system wellness. And now we’re expanding our team to power the next stage of global growth.

Position Overview

Pulsetto builds consumer wellness devices focused on the nervous system, stress, and recovery. Our products combine embedded systems, hardware, and mobile software into a single, end-to-end experience used by customers worldwide.

We are now strengthening our embedded team to support the Version 3 product launch and future device generations. You’ll be a core contributor in the Embedded Software team, working on firmware that runs on production devices—not demos or throwaway prototypes.

Your Day-to-Day:

Developing and maintaining embedded firmware for Pulsetto devices (C/C++)

  • Taking firmware from prototype to production-ready quality
  • Supporting manufacturing software: device programming, automated testing, and production tooling
  • Improving reliability, performance, and power efficiency
  • Contributing to certification and compliance activities (FCC, medical-related documentation)
  • Working closely with hardware, mobile app, and R&D teams

This role spans current product continuity and next-generation development.

What we are looking for:

We’re looking for an engineer who is hands-on, practical, and comfortable owning real products.

You should have:

  • Solid experience in embedded software development (C / C++)
  • Hands-on work with microcontrollers (ARM Cortex-M or similar)
  • Experience with RTOS or bare-metal systems
  • Embedded debugging experience (JTAG/SWD, logic analyzers, etc.)
  • Familiarity with interfaces such as SPI, I2C, UART, BLE
  • Experience shipping firmware into production environments

Nice to have:

  • Consumer electronics or wearable experience
  • Exposure to manufacturing or certification processes
  • Interest in biosignals, sensors, or low-power systems

How we work:

  • Hybrid setup in Vilnius
  • Small, experienced team with real ownership
  • Product-driven priorities, not ticket factories
  • Engineers are involved early, not just handed specs

You’ll be trusted to work independently and expected to improve things—not just execute tasks.

Soft skills we valued:

  • Ownership & Accountability – Takes full responsibility for outcomes.
  • Adaptability – Thrives in speed, ambiguity, and change.
  • Proactivity – Anticipates opportunities and acts without waiting.
  • Common Sense & Prioritisation – Focuses on what drives real profit.
  • Solution-Oriented Mindset – Brings tested ideas, not just problems.
  • Collaboration & Communication – Works closely across teams with clarity and respect.

What we offer:

  • Direct ownership of firmware running on shipped devices
  • Involvement in major product launches and next-gen hardware
  • A product company environment (not outsourcing)
  • Flexible hybrid working model
  • Long-term growth toward senior or technical leadership paths
  • Office perks for the Vilnius team – including free lunch 3 times a week.
  • Pulsetto device – support your well-being daily.
  • Health insurance – provided after 6 months from your start date
  • Extra days off.
  • Birthday day off – celebrate on your terms.
